After it opens

Tell your technician the temporary nine-digit session code shown in Splashtop SOS. Only provide that code to the Survival PC technician you contacted.

1. Download

Choose Windows or Mac above.

2. Open

Open the downloaded Splashtop SOS file and approve the normal computer prompt.

3. Read the code

Give the temporary nine-digit code to your Survival PC technician by phone.
