We provide local computer sales, upgrades, and small-business IT hardware & setup. We do not provide consumer remote technical support or account-recovery services.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

We will never request credentials via unofficial channels.

3) Quotes, Orders & Payment

Quotes valid as stated; prices/specs may change.
Orders may be accepted/declined at our discretion.
Payment due as invoiced; late fees may apply.
Taxes/Fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

4) Delivery, Shipping & Installation

In-store pickup or local delivery/installation available by arrangement.
Risk of loss passes on delivery or pickup.
Provide safe access/authorization for on-site service.

5) Returns, Refunds & Warranty

See our Return & Refund Policy. Warranties are by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Labor for custom builds/upgrades is non-refundable once started.

6) Data, Backups & Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for data backups.
Provide valid software licenses as needed.
Ongoing monitoring/management requires a separate agreement.

7) Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent use of our site or services. No malware or unauthorized access.

8) Third-Party Tools, Parts & Links

We may use third-party tools/services or source parts.
Linked sites are not under our control.

9) Marketing, Advertising & Communications

You may receive service or marketing messages; unsubscribe anytime. Advertising follows platform policies—we do not target sensitive categories.

10) Intellectual Property

Missed or late-canceled appointments may incur a fee as stated at scheduling.
