Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Survival PC Inc. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1) Scope
Applies to purchases from Survival PC Inc., including new/refurbished computers, components, accessories, and in-store/on-site small-business IT hardware & setup. We do not provide consumer remote tech support or account recovery.
2) Return Window
- New products: 15 days
- Refurbished: 15 days (unless otherwise stated)
- Accessories/peripherals: 15 days unopened or like-new
- Special orders/custom builds/installed parts: see Sections 5–6
Original receipt or verifiable proof of purchase required.
3) Condition of Returns
- Original condition with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and software.
- No abuse/liquid damage/missing parts/altered serials; restocking fees may apply.
- Data-bearing devices may be sanitized.
4) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software/licenses/digital downloads.
- Opened consumables.
- “Final Sale/As-Is” items.
- Labor/services already performed.
5) Custom Builds & Upgrades
- Labor is non-refundable once work begins.
- Components follow manufacturer warranty/return windows; opened/installed items may incur restocking fees.
6) Restocking Fees
Up to 15% for opened items in resalable condition. Higher fees/declines may apply for missing parts/wear.
7) Defective, DOA & Warranty Claims
- Within return window: If confirmed defective/DOA, exchange or refund.
- After return window: Manufacturer warranty applies; we can assist per policies.
- Shipping damage: Report within 48 hours; keep packaging.
8) Services & Diagnostics
- Consultations, diagnostics, installation, and configuration are non-refundable once performed.
- If a service can’t be completed due to external constraints, we’ll discuss options with you.
9) How to Start a Return/Exchange

- Bring/ship item with all accessories/packaging; insure as needed.
- We inspect/test; approved returns are processed as refund or exchange.
Return shipping: Customer pays unless DOA/defective within window or otherwise agreed.
10) Refund Method & Timing
- Refund to original payment when possible; otherwise store credit or check.
- Allow 3–10 business days after approval depending on your bank/processor.
11) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first—we’re happy to help. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid transactions may be disputed as allowed by law.
12) Business Customers
Additional terms may apply for business accounts/projects as stated on quotes, invoices, or service agreements. Ongoing monitoring/management requires a separate contract.
13) Compliance & Governing Law
We strive to follow applicable consumer protection laws. Florida law governs; venue/jurisdiction in Florida courts unless otherwise required.
14) Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
